Description
Candidate will focus on Linux kernel optimizations and implementations. You will design device drivers and implement them into the product/hardware.
Responsibilities
Requirements:
• 1-7 years of systems programming
• BSCS/BSEE or equivalent
• Experience with Linux kernel and/or device driver development
• C and assembly
• Strong knowledge of operating system principles
• Understanding of software and hardware architectures
• Ability to debug code in target system using test equipment
Requirements
Desirable:
• C++
• Scripting languages (UNIX shell scripting, Perl, etc)
• Experience with VoIP protocols a plus
• Experience with PowerPC a plus
• Experience with RapidIO, PCI-Express, Ethernet
