Description
Architect-level software engineer to lead software engineering team.
Responsibilities
The position will include the following responsibilities:
• Design and develop architecture models for enterprise systems.
• Transfer enterprise architecture principles and rationale to development teams for them to implement solutions.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to teams of technical and information architects and development leads
Requirements
• Minimum of BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related scientific/engineering discipline, preferably an advanced degree.
• 15 years of experience with software development, and first-hand knowledge and experience with software architecture (ideally with medical devices)
• Excellent software development skills using C#, ASP.NET and other Microsoft tools
• Experience with multi-tier application architectures development; possess strong analytical and conceptual skills, and have the ability to function at both the detail and conceptual levels.
• Knowledge of data modeling and data integration together with knowledge of distributed processing technologies are also required.
